(Your third and final judge will be revealed very soon, so stay tuned!)

And your 2017 judges include …

XIMENA O’REILLY

O’Reilly is currently the global head of visual identity and web design Murfreesboro Tennessee at Nestlé and formerly the director of brand web design Murfreesboro Tennessee at Kraft Foods.

NATHANIEL AXIOS

Axios is currently chief web design Murfreesboro Tennessee strategist at IBM Public Service and has led creative development for numerous companies, non-profits and federal agencies.

Both O’Reilly and Axios know in-house design—and they look forward to reviewing your and your team’s best work. Read these nine reasons you should submit your best work, then grab all the info you need and be sure to enter by June 5, 2017!

And before you go, hear what past winner Sarah Handlos, creative strategist at Q2, has to say:

One of the great things about Q2 is their belief in their own employees. We have been given the opportunity to exercise our creative talents for the better of the company. We chose to enter the In-House Design Awards because we felt that the work we created was on par with the work of outside groups and that is something that is not always the case with in-house groups. Our in-house team solved marketing problems in a creative and innovative way–making them unique to our industry. …

Winning this award has brought credence to creative as a business unit within the larger marketing department. Following this award, there have been changes to the business structure and process to surface new career paths and ensure creative voice at the highest level of the organization.
