This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Dragon Digital handles orders and credit card payments made through the Stripe® payment platform. It also covers our policies regarding delivery, cancellations, and refunds. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Terminology

In this document, “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual or business using our website or services. “Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Dragon Digital. “Parties” refers collectively to both the Client and Dragon Digital.

All services provided by Dragon Digital are subject to the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Fulfillment Policy

At Dragon Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services with client satisfaction as our top priority. This policy explains our process for delivering services and handling refunds or cancellations.

Delivery Policy

Dragon Digital offers web design, branding, and digital marketing services. All services are delivered electronically or through scheduled client communications, depending on the service scope.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The purchased service has not been initiated during the agreed-upon contract period.

Exceptions (No Refund Will Be Issued If):

  • The service was delivered as described, but you changed your mind.
  • You were made aware of any service limitations before purchase.
  • You expressed dissatisfaction but failed to notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The service was completed or substantially completed per the project scope.

Return Policy

Dragon Digital provides digital services and does not accept returns. In special cases, a refund may be considered as outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a service agreement is signed, cancellations are not permitted. Your commitment allows us to allocate resources and begin work promptly.

Project Abandonment

If the Client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary feedback for a period of 30 days, Dragon Digital may consider the project abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued and any payments made will be forfeited.

Administrative Fees

All approved refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.
